The location of this hotel is fantastic, with plenty of pools and sun loungers available for guests to enjoy. The beach views are absolutely stunning, allowing you to relax and soak up the beauty of the ocean. The overall experience is superb, with top-notch service and a wide variety of delicious food options, including a buffet and a la carte restaurants. The renovated rooms are a highlight, offering comfortable accommodations and modern amenities. The staff is kind and considerate, always ready to assist with any needs.

A minor issue with the air conditioner, but the service team promptly resolved the problem.

We liked everything at Riu Vallarta including drinks and service. Sabal playa restaurant, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

The staff was amazing and the food was great. There was a downstairs bar. The stay was relaxing, recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptional staff who tended to our every need. The exclusive amenities, like the outdoor swimming pool and beach access, were exactly what we were looking for. The spa & wellness centre was a great way to relax after spending time on the beach. We enjoyed the nightlife with great entertainment in the night club. The room was fantastic, with private facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant and buffet breakfast provided a variety of delicious options. The poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were perfect for a quick bite or refreshing drink. The location advantages were perfect for our vacation, with beautiful views and a great atmosphere.

Although our stay was nearly perfect, we did experience one minor issue. Despite this, the hotel offered so many other amenities that we hardly even noticed.

Spent Easter week at this hotel and had an amazing time! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the two great pools and the beach right outside the hotel. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved that the hotel was situated near many local attractions and restaurants, which made exploring the area super easy. Another advantage was the variety of food options, there was something for everyone. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space to move around.

The main issue we had was the noise level, we could hear everything happening in the hallways and outside our room. This made it difficult to sleep in, especially when the morning activities started early.

Great Service, Beautiful View and Convenient Location

The service was great during my stay and the view from my room was beautiful. The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the Wi-Fi was reliable and made it easy to stay connected with work.

The hotel had limited facilities and the ones that were available were poorly maintained. The pool was dirty and there were not enough sun loungers for all guests.
